5 Best Social Media Management Tools

Social Media Management Tools

Buffer is my favorite social media management tool. I’ve been using it for years and it does everything I need to do. It’s simple to use, has all of the features that you would come to expect on social media, and makes scheduling posts easy. Most importantly, it’s inexpensive for what you get in return.

With Buffer, you can schedule posts directly from your phone through an app or from a browser on your computer. You can also schedule tweets and updates directly from any website that uses metadata to generate content (like this blog post).

You can also save links that you want to share later with specific groups of people. And if you’re a Snapchat fan, you can also schedule posts for that platform as well.

Social Media Management Tools

Hootsuite is one of the first social media management tools that I ever used and it remains my favorite today. In addition to being able to schedule posts directly from your phone or computer, Hootsuite lets you do see your own analytics by platform along with how you are performing overall on social media. Other platforms like Instagram and Twitter only show you stats when someone follows you or retweets something.

Hootsuite also has a feature known as “bursts” that allows you to schedule a series of posts, then pause for a set amount of time and resume at a later date. This is great for when you want to promote new content or increase engagement on social media.

If you already use Hootsuite, then I recommend that you check out their new features like their new social media dashboards and the ability to edit tweets from any website.
