Design

Samsung Galaxy A71 design

The design of phone is such that it makes the phone absolutely gorgeous and appealing for the user. It’s aspect ratio and dimensions are ideal. It weighs optimum. Though the back is not made from some fancy glass or metal, Plastic does not being down the look but make it better. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 which is good and coming to the back, it is made of a combination of glass and plastic called Glastic which makes the smartphone feel premium while holding in hand. Phone looks sturdy yet slender and sleek.

AMOLED screen is given, providing Full HD screen support. It offers pretty optimum resolution. Screen is crisp and clear.

Camera performance

Samsung galaxy A71 camera

It’s quad lens camera is really classy and captures nice and detailed pictures. Surprising thing is working of both front and back camera optimally and providing excellent quality in both day and night mode. This has a ‘Quad Bayer’ lens, meaning that as standard it combines four pixels into one larger one, meaning that you will generally be taking 16MP shots rather than 64MP ones, but 16MP ones that can take in a lot of light. And if you prefer you can switch to 64MP. It has Live Focus mode which improves the background blur of the subject from the surroundings. The photos come out well with a wider dynamic range and good exposure in the background.

Battery Life, Memory and connectivity

Samsung Galaxy A71 Battery

Samsung Galaxy A71 has 4500mAh battery and is bundled with a 25W fast charger. Here we can expect better battery life as the Samsung Galaxy A71 has a Snapdragon 730 which is built on the 8nm process. It’s battery can last for two days with normal to moderate use. With heavy gameplay like PUBG for 2-3 hours and streaming HD content and third party applications, it can last for one day with 10-15℅ still left. The 25W fast charging happens real quick. The smartphone was charged from 0 to 51 percent in the first 30 minutes and completely to 100 within 1hr 12mins which is good considering the size of the battery and the larger display.

There’s 128GB of storage, paired with a microSD card slot, which provides you plenty of space to play with, and connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC etc. This phone has all the features you require with enough RAM to ensure it supports all regular apps

Other features

  •  This smartphone has a 3.5mm headphone jack which produces quality sound output and the loudness level is also good
  • It comes with quite precise and sensitive fingerprint sensor.
  • This phone also has Face detection featur.
  • One highlight of the Samsung A71 is that it runs Android 10 – it’s one of the first Samsung phones to do so out of the box. Android 10 is very smooth operating system which has great inbuilt functions.
  • The smartphone A71 has an octa-core Snapdragon 730 chipset paired with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM depending upon the versions. Those RAM amounts are verging on high-end, and while the chipset isn’t, it is still not something to look down upon considering the mid range. It’s also an upgrade on the Galaxy A70’s chipset.
  • Multiple apps can run smoothly, it rarely lags or takes time to go from one application to another.

This Galaxy A71 has stunning photo shots, quality OS, enough storage, outstanding display and many more things to offer but the few things we found negative are that it’s front camera does not have LED light support, body is not water resistance which we can expect from phone of this range, otherwise it is recommended phone coming from a reliable brand which has successfully delivered what promised.
