Instead of: “How’s my health?” Ask: “Based on my sleep data from the last two weeks and my HRV trends, am I overtraining?”
Specific questions get specific answers. Vague questions get generic advice.
3. Use It for Appointment Prep
Before any doctor’s appointment, ask ChatGPT Health:
- “Summarize my relevant health data for my upcoming [specialty] appointment.”
- “What questions should I ask my doctor based on my recent test results?”
- “Explain what [medical term from my records] means in plain English.”
4. Cross-Reference with Primary Sources
ChatGPT Health is a tool for understanding, not a replacement for professional medical literature. If it makes a claim about medication interactions or treatment options, verify with:
